haih... long time i didnt update my eat blog. kinda funny because since the last update, i did eat a lot.. tons of them.... haih.
today i talk about one of the famous dish from the east coast of malaysia that is nasi kerabu(is a type of rice which is blue in colour (dyed by a kind of blue flower), originated in Kelantan state.).... nasi kerabu is made from rice, add up flavor of special herbs and telur masin ( egg that been coated with sort of thingies that made it salty... is it marinated egg?)
they taste is made perfect when budu (Budu (Malay language) is a fish sauce and one of the best known fermented seafood products in Kelantan, Malaysia as well as Southern Thailand) being used.... haih.. im not a budu eater but when it comes to nasi kerabu... walao.. budu is also i sapu (made clear)
next time when you see, sign nasi kerabu.... why don't you give a try....
